Call for Presentations

We cordially invite IACA’s members and friends who are interested in presenting at the Conference to submit proposals utilizing the application form. Proposals should address topics in one of the following conference sub-themes:

  • Delivering optimal court services in a challenging global environment
  • Providing effective access to justice to disadvantaged populations
  • Effective strategies for tracking court performance and efficiency
  • Emerging technologies to improve the administration of justice (AI, Predictive Analytics -PA- and Machine Learning)
  • Using caseflow management teams to maximize judicial productivity
  • Practical approaches to implement performance management systems
  • Court leadership best practices and developments
  • Pursuing court excellence when confronting diminished resources
  • Artificial Intelligence developments in the Courts
  • Judicial reform policies and Court administration models
  • Education and distance learning techniques
  • Infrastructure and new models of judicial buildings

Proposals should anticipate a diverse audience reflecting the range of global court systems and the political environments within which they deliver justice. Presenters will be expected to cover their proposed subject matter in 30 minutes with 10-15 minutes for questions and discussion. Proposals featuring speaker/audience interaction are preferred.
