Previously she was Superior Judge specialized in Labor Law; President of the Temporary Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Piura; President of the Permanent Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of North Lima; President of the Temporary Labor Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Piura and President of the Superior Court of Justice of Ventanilla During her Presidency in Lima Norte, the Chamber of Labor was internationally certified with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard regarding Quality Management Systems Likewise, she served in the Office of Control of the Judiciary (OCMA) as Head of the Visits and Prevention Unit, being Superior Judge in the Special Prevention Unit. She is a lawyer (National University San Marcos - UNMSM) with a PhD in Civil Law (University Inca Garcilaso De la Vega UIGV) and a Master's Degree in Civil Criminal Law (UNMSM) On the other hand, she also taught undergraduate and postgraduate university classes on civil and labor law and gave lectures at international congresses related to judicial cooperation and human rights, as well as publications on procedural, administrative, constitutional, labor and civil law in several journals. |
