Ms. Rosa Liz Chamorro Ibarrola
She has a bachelor in Business Administration of the Autonoma Asuncion University She also has a postgraduate and a Master´s in Public Management and Administration from the Stellenbosh University – Sud Africa since 2012 achieving Cum Laude defending the thesis « Analysis of ICT in the Strategic Modernization Program of the Paraguayan Supreme Court » She also has taken posgraduate courses related to Project Management and Leadership at the National University of Asuncion. She has carried out the training of judges, attorneys, prosecutors and defenders about the electronic case file. She has taken a leadership role in technology analysis, design and development of the judiciary file system. She has developed the manual proceeding with the aim of standardizing processes of the different court offices. |
Rosa Liz Chamorro Ibarrola, is the Chief Executive Officer of the ICT Department of the Paraguayan Supreme Court since 2019, beginning her career at the Judiciary in 2004.
