Heba Abu Jamaa
Hiba Salem Ahmad Abu Jamaa is a highly accomplished Jordanian judge currently serving as an Execution Judge at the Court of First Instance – North Amman Section. She possesses extensive judicial experience and legal expertise across multiple levels of the judiciary. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan, and a Diploma in Judicial Studies from the Jordanian Judicial Institute. She also earned a Master’s degree in Law from Al-Isra University, and completed a Ph.D. in Civil Law (Private Law – Procedures) from the University of Tunis El Manar. Her academic research focuses on civil liability and compulsory enforcement on real estate, offering comparative insights between Jordanian and Tunisian law.
Her professional journey includes legal practice as a lawyer, followed by years of judicial service as a Magistrate Judge, First Instance Judge, and Execution Judge. She also serves as a part-time lecturer at the Jordanian Judicial Institute, contributing to the training of future legal professionals.
Judge Abu Jamaa has participated in numerous national and international legal trainings, focusing on legislative drafting, justice administration, and human rights. With strong leadership and teamwork skills, she is recognized for her expertise in enforcement law and has published research on civil liability in a peer-reviewed journal.
